All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flower types with similar ones in quality and value if the requested type is unavailable, while maintaining the overall look of the arrangement.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in local currency and include tax where applicable. Delivery fees are added at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
Delivery
We do our best to deliver orders on time. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, inaccurate addresses). Rosella is not responsible for delays in these cases.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Orders being prepared or in transit cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
